Disegno Suono Movimento is an event dedicated to the relationship between the work on paper, music and the body, organized by Collezione Ramo and hosted by DOPO? The initiative is realized on the occasion of the third edition of Milano Drawing Week (Nov. 24-Dec. 3, 2023).
Animated drawings by Ian Cibic, a multidisciplinary artist who spans music and drawing, accompany Delicatoni 's DJ set on a journey between sweet jazz ballads, dreamy psych-pop songs to ecstatic dance tracks.
The live drawings made by Martina Zena, in dialogue with the psychedelic sounds of Dumbo Gets Mad's DJ set, give rise to an unprecedented performance: a journey on paper between various techniques, from pencil to monotype, in which each sound paste corresponds to an object that, through gestures, generates a specific track and composition. Each sound is thus incorporated and returned in the form of a drawing.
DOPO? is a multifunctional space that houses within it, professionals from all fields (designers, set designers, architects, researchers) who have transformed a building of industrial archeology into a hybrid meeting center open to collaboration. The goal is not to talk about a model of cultural work, but to build it into everyday life with events, exhibitions and all forms of creative expression.
